What you'll do
- Drive strategic sourcing and category management for MRO, Capex, Paper, Electrical Components, Bulk, Ceramics and Other categories
- Keep a close watch on market dynamics and RM/PM cost trends within the assigned categories and provide inputs to the Head of Sourcing for effective decision-making
- Own and drive Cost Saving Projects for the assigned categories. Track projects, savings and AOP prices on a monthly basis
- Negotiate and finalize contracts/cost sheets on a periodic basis, based on agreed conversion formulas and market indices
- Develop and strengthen the supplier base for existing and forthcoming products across the assigned categories
