About the role
In house drafting of all transactional documents such as joint development agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, development agreements, agreement to sell, sale deeds, lease deeds, power of Attorney, etc. Title due diligence of land and timely risk identification.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive title search and legal due diligence of land parcels/projects across Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, and MMR 3.0
- Verify ownership history, title chain, encumbrances, litigations, and claims
- Review land records including property cards, 7/12 extracts, NA orders, and other revenue documents
- Transaction Structuring & Documentation
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
