About the role
We are looking for a hard-working and client-friendly individual with background in wealth management and / or family office services. Serve as day-to-day contact for the delivery of Family Office Solutions, building trust and rapport across PWA teams, clients and third-party partners. Identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and ensuring the highest quality of services.
What you'll do
- Serve as day-to-day contact for the delivery of Family Office Solutions, building trust and rapport across PWA teams, clients and third-party partners
- Identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and ensuring the highest quality of services
- Partner with PWM teams to manage the client lifecycle throughout their relationship with the vendor, from preliminary marketing, needs evaluation, onboarding
- Facilitate interaction and workflow among PWA teams, clients, and third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables
- Ensure PWA teams and clients obtain value quickly. Managing efficient onboardings and ongoing delivery of services
