About the role
The Field Consultant will support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of field operations for ongoing projects in Bengaluru. The role will work closely with the Field Operations and Research teams to ensure that field activities are planned well, teams are coordinated effectively, and data collection is completed smoothly and on time.
What you'll do
- Support the planning and day-to-day execution of field activities across ongoing projects
- Coordinate with enumerators and supervisors on daily field plans, targets, appointments, follow-ups, and operational requirements
- Monitor survey progress through dashboards and trackers and flag gaps, delays, or unusual patterns
- Maintain and regularly update survey dashboards, field trackers, and other operational sheets
- Conduct field visits to both urban and rural units to monitor fieldwork and provide on-ground support
