About the role
We are looking for an Associate – Finance to join our Finance team, with a core focus on Accounts Payable (AP) and Bills Payable management , alongside supporting day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.
What you'll do
- Bills Payable & Vendor Management
- Oversee end-to-end Bills Payable processes , including invoice verification, matching (PO to invoice), and timely recording
- Facilitate vendor management , handle vendor queries, and ensure the execution of accurate, timely vendor payments
- Collect, organize, and audit supporting documents from various internal teams for financial records and compliance
- Accounting & Financial Reporting
