Category Manager / Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

About the role

You will build and own Goodera's volunteering formats and offerings. You will define what each format is and who it is for, shape the volunteer and champion experience, and lead decisions on materials and packaging. You will also own how each format is positioned and sold, improve it continuously with the Execution and CSM teams, and own its P&L. This is a founder-style role.

What you'll do

• Offering Definition & Blockbuster Activities
• Write the offering definition for each format: why it exists, USP, and who it's for
• Identify which client segments, personas, and use cases each format wins (e.g. frontline and shift-based workforces, distributed offices, Day of Service)
• Select and prioritise blockbuster activities with the Activity and Experience Designers
• Size the opportunity and track competitors and substitutes
