What you'll do
- Be a dedicated people manager for a team of individual contributors
- Be responsible for hiring, setting clear expectations, coaching team members, providing feedback, supporting career development
- Own the day-to-day execution of a portion of the engineering roadmap in partnership with GCS teams
- Manage project timelines, unblock technical challenges, and be accountable for the on-time delivery of your team's projects
- Act as the primary technical mentor for your team. You will lead design reviews, participate in code reviews, and set a high bar for engineering excellence
