About the role
AI Garage is a new initiative within People Operations (POps) and Corp Engineering, established with the goal of leveraging AI to transform Google’s HR products and operations. The team sits at the intersection of Business, Product, and Engineering to ideate, design, and launch industry defining agentic systems and capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead the conceptualization, design, build, and launch of AI-driven solutions focused on business value and user experience, ensuring strict adherence to safety
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze incumbent processes and redesign them into agentic workflows
- Build and integrate high-quality AI solutions into client workflows using agentic harnesses and frameworks, authoring prompts
- Engage with internal and external engineering teams to lead business requirements and drive the delivery of large-scale engineered solutions
- Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and ROI models, drive change management for scaled adoption
