Manager, Senior Technical Program Manager

Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise.

What you'll do

• Oversee technical program execution and strategic roadmaps across core home verticals Media (casting, ambient audio/video), Wifi (connectivity, mesh architecture)
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of TPgMs. Define engineering delivery structures, foster technical excellence
• Act as the program management of the BLR Hub, presenting strategy, TPgM health, and operational risks directly to executive leadership
• Act as a local site anchor in BLR to drive close collaboration across local and global Engineering, Program Manager, UX, and Data Analytics leads
• Establish operational governance to manage complex dependencies across home device software, cloud/billing infrastructure, and external partners
