People Analyst, Scaled Analytics

About the role

The team provides critical support to the business around issues of organizational health and is responsible for not just taking the pulse of our Googlers, but harnessing Googler feedback to drive change for the better. As an analyst you'll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious.

What you'll do

• Lead and contribute to analytics projects to design, build, and launch scaled people insights solutions (dashboards, agents, skills)
• Automate, simplify, and maintain robust BI development workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI tools (like Jetski) for rapid prototyping and…
• Query, manipulate and analyze large data sets to distill insights from the data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally (with POps engineering, data science, and BI) to define requirements and shape AI-ready data foundations including informing data mart design
