About the role
gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide.
What you'll do
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish technical roadmaps that accomplish our business objectives
- Understand complex, ambiguous, open-ended business problems and produce results-oriented strategy to solve those problems
- Build and action product architectures and solution roadmaps, including the design of infrastructure necessary to support the business objectives of our stakeholders
- Create launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment
- Perform implementation reviews, convert new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
