Senior UX Program Manager, Google Pay India

On the UX team we contribute to the success of this mission by transforming complex payment and financial ecosystems into simple, trusted, and cohesive experiences. The UX Programs and Operations team helps the wider UX team achieve this by driving organizational clarity through rigorous strategic planning, establishing sustainable operational rhythms, and fostering a culture that empowers our team to deliver excellence at scale.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior UX leadership in designing and leading end-to-end UX programs, managing timelines, dependencies
• Establish, maintain and enhance rigorous team rituals and processes to drive clarity, quality, velocity, and efficient decision-making
• Provide clear, timely and accurate communication to functional leads and senior management regarding project status, risks, issues, and priorities
• Be prepared to discuss your knowledge and use of AI tools during the hiring process. AI fluency is an expectation in this role
