About the role
The India Regional REWS team delivers a seamless workplace experience to Googlers across a large and varied real estate portfolio in six cities in India. India is one of five global regions which sit within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) organization. REWS is a matrix organization of regions, centers of excellence and core functions.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end building operations, property management, and maintenance for complex facilities across the Bengaluru portfolio
- Bring AI/ML tools into daily operational workflows to reimagine facility tasks, maximize impact, and optimize campus infrastructure operations
- Oversee vendor agreements, operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service delivery across Bengaluru campus facilities
