What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle-centric integration and application solutions
- Define integration strategies and architectural patterns for connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM) with on-premise and third-party SaaS systems
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor a team of offshore/onshore technical developers
- Collaborate with functional leads, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications
