What you'll do
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and schedule timely repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to Minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in machinery, basic electrical circuits, and building components (doors, windows, fixtures)
- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies and update maintenance records/CMMS
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and company policies, and report hazards or incidents
