Tax Manager

About the role

Professional accounting and/or tax qualifications as well as significant tax experience gained with a leading accountancy firm and/or an in-house multinational tax team. Previous related tax and accounting experience (10 to 15 years) with exposure to countries in the AMEA region will be of an added advantage.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other direct tax compliance obligations across jurisdictions
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including tax accounting and financial statement disclosures under IFRS and local GAAP
• Serve as the primary tax advisor to business and finance stakeholders on cross-border transactions, business initiatives, and commercial arrangements
• Provide technical guidance on corporate tax, withholding tax and international tax, impacting operations across jurisdictions
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and regulatory developments across region and assess their impact on the business
