About the role
The Content Management Team, within the National Knowledge Management organization, manages Canvas, Grant Thornton’s SharePoint-based intranet platform. The team ensures employees can easily discover, access, and engage with reliable and relevant information. The team partners with business stakeholders across service lines to publish, govern, and continuously improve intranet content and the overall digital workplace experience.
What you'll do
- Review, analyze, and fulfil content requests submitted by business stakeholders
- Create, edit, update, and maintain pages, news articles, events, links, and supporting content assets
- Ensure adherence to content governance standards, branding guidelines, metadata requirements, accessibility standards, and publishing best practices
- Support content lifecycle management activities including content review, archiving, and retirement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective intranet content
