About the role
The Associate – Product Success supports efficient execution of Digital Audit enablement activities and global expansion of the product rollout in various countries. The role requires strong organisational skills, proactive process improvement, and collaboration to drive digital transformation within the Audit Product team.
What you'll do
- Champion Network & Working Group Support
- Track and monitor attendance at Digital Champion and Working Group sessions
- Maintain and update attendance logs and trackers (e.g., Digital Champions, working group attendance)
- Keep all related SharePoint pages up to date by coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., Digital Champions & Working Group materials, product related sites)
- Manage Teams channels, adding/removing members and ensuring information remains structured
