About the role
We are seeking a Lead Consultant – HR Transformation & Organizational Change Management to lead client-facing workstreams across large-scale HR, workforce, organization, and technology transformations. The role requires a combination of HR transformation expertise, organization design, OCM leadership, consulting capability, and senior stakeholder management .
What you'll do
- Lead client-facing workstreams across HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, and OCM engagements
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess current-state challenges and design future-state operating models, organization structures, HR processes
- Define and lead end-to-end change strategies covering impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, resistance management, and adoption
- Facilitate leadership workshops and executive discussions , providing recommendations on organization, workforce, HR process, and change-related decisions
- Lead change activities for HR technology implementations such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and ServiceNow HRSD
