About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Planning Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, driving solution architecture, and ensuring successful delivery of planning applications.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Planning solutions including Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, and related modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
- Design and develop business rules, calculation logic, forms, and dashboards
- Manage data integrations using Data Management / Integration tools and automate data pipelines
- Drive application performance optimization and troubleshoot calculation or data issues
