About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead to drive large-scale, end-to-end Workday Financials implementations. In this client-facing leadership role, you will be responsible for complex solution design, configuration, and delivery across global deployments. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical capabilities with financial business processes.
What you'll do
- Lead End-to-End Implementations: Act as the Lead Functional consultant on 2+ large enterprise end-to-end Workday Financials implementations, owning hands-on design
- Spend Management & Core Finance: Drive requirements and configuration across P2P (Procure to Pay), GL cycles with deep expertise in: Supplier Accounts/Contracts
- Global & Multi-Country Deployments: Manage complex deployments involving localization requirements (tax, legal, regulatory) across multiple countries
- Methodology & Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine delivery methodologies, contributing to continuous improvements in implementation practices
