About the role
We are looking for an experienced Employee Master Data Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP HCM, Employee Central (EC), Master Data Management (MDM), reconciliation, MIS reporting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing employee master data transactions, ensuring data accuracy and governance, resolving discrepancies, preparing MIS reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage and review Employee Master Data Management (MDM) transaction-processing activities
- Handle employee master data changes and updates in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC)
- Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with defined processes
- Perform regular data reconciliation between systems and identify discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve data mismatches, exceptions, and transaction-related issues
