Onboarding Manager – HRO Services Location: Bengaluru Experience: 9–12 Years Band: BPO 5 Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA Job Code: 435098 Shift: Night Shift – Any time between 6:00 PM IST and 5:00 AM IST Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager – HRO Services to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and clients.
What you'll do
- Onboarding & Process Management Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized onboarding solutions
- Develop detailed onboarding/project plans and ensure key milestones are achieved within agreed timelines
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Compliance & Documentation Ensure all required employee documentation is collected, verified, and processed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
