O2C Analyst – End-to-End Operations & GST/TDS Location: Kolkata Experience: 1 to 7 years Band: BPO 1/2/3 Salary: up to 9 LPA Job code: 435433 Job Overview We are seeking experienced Order to Cash (O2C) professionals to manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including customer order validation, billing, collections, cash applications, debit and credit note processing, refunds, month-end closing activities, and MIS reporting.
What you'll do
- Order Management and Billing Validate and process customer orders in ERP systems, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and applicable requirements
- Generate accurate invoices, apply GST correctly, and ensure timely e-invoicing as per statutory requirements
- Process debit notes, credit notes, and refunds in accordance with applicable policies and accounting requirements
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, credit notes, and customer accounts
- Respond to customer billing and payment queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution
