Order Management and BillingValidate and process customer orders in ERP systems.Generate accurate invoices and apply GST as per applicable regulations.Ensure timely e-invoicing in accordance with statutory requirements.Process debit notes, credit notes, and refunds.Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and customer account discrepancies.Handle customer billing and payment queries and coordinate with relevant teams.2.
