Team Lead – P2P Quality Location: Pune Experience: 7–10 Years Band: BPO 4/5 Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – P2P Quality to manage end-to-end quality control operations across Accounts Payable (AP). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of P2P processes, quality audits, root cause analysis, compliance, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end quality control operations across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master, and Travel & Expense (T&E)
- Ensure adherence to Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements
- Conduct daily quality audits, review findings, identify gaps, and report results to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor SLA, KPI, turnaround time (TAT), and accuracy targets
