Ad Operations Executive [Google Ad Manager]

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Google Ad Manager (GAM) accounts. You will be the go-to person for keeping accounts healthy and compliant, resolving issues quickly and making sure publishers’ ad setups run smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day GAM operations, ensuring accounts and ad setups run smoothly
• Handle policy-related issues, including reviewing policy violations, identifying root causes and getting them resolved quickly
• Manage account terminations and related processes, including appeals, follow-ups and documentation
• Set up and manage Unified Pricing Rules (UPR) and ensure they are configured correctly and updated as needed
• Carry out quality assurance (QA) on ad setups, creatives, line items and tags to catch errors before they affect revenue
