About the role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering, data, product, design, and technical talent. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for fast-paced product companies and understands how to identify top technical talent across India. Experience hiring across APAC markets is a strong advantage.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, QA, Android, and related functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and workforce plans
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and networking channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluating technical background, role fit, and motivation
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
