What you'll do
- Write SQL queries to analyse user data on content consumption, feature usage, and engagement
- Track and report key product metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, churn, watch time, and conversion
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools to give teams clear visibility into performance
- Support A/B tests by setting up tracking, monitoring results, and sharing findings, working with senior analysts
- Run deep dives into metric changes and funnel drop-offs to find root causes
