What you'll do
- Configure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger
- Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
- Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
- Administer and maintain business systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goals
- Perform daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
