What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Enterprise Analytics users, addressing inquiries related to reports, dashboards, and data across global regions
- Respond to support requests via ticketing systems, email, and virtual collaboration tools in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Clearly explain reports, KPIs, and data concepts to business users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and IT support teams for resolution
- Develop, modify, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and other enterprise reporting tools
