About the role
We are looking for a Senior Transition Manager who leads complex global and cross-functional transitions from planning through implementation, go-live, stabilization and successful operational handover. The role ensures people, processes, technology, data and controls are operationally ready, while minimizing business disruption.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end transitions across global functions, countries and business units
- Define transition scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, governance and success criteria
- Manage integrated transition plans, risks, dependencies, issues and key decisions
- Develop deployment strategies, readiness criteria, cutover plans and go/no-go requirements
- Coordinate go-live, hypercare, stabilization and handover with minimal business disruption
