About the role

Greytip Software is India’s largest cloud HR & Payroll software solutions company. As we prepare our organization to adapt and leverage the rapid changes AI is bringing in, we are looking for a dynamic individual who will help oversee the internal AI strategy, its implementation and will enable us to build an organization that can continually evolve and incorporate the advantages that AI can bring to our people and process.

What you'll do

• A. Build the AITO operating model
• Define the AITO charter, scope boundaries, and ways of working
• Establish a lightweight governance model with Security/IT and functional leaders
• Create a champions network (one AI Champion per function/LoB) with clear responsibilities and time allocation
• B. Own the AI initiative portfolio (end-to-end)
