What you'll do
- Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application
- Proactively build strong customer relationships
- Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements
- Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in implementation of the application
- Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the support process
