About the role
We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and data-driven Manager – Communications & Outreach to own how the organization tells its story and shows up to the world. The role brings together three areas of work: digital communications & content, external positioning & PR, and fundraising support.
What you'll do
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Own and manage all of the organization’s social media handles and YouTube channel, including planning a content calendar and posting consistently
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of classrooms, student stories, events, and campus activities
- Design posts, carousels, and creatives on Canva / Photoshop that are consistent with our brand
- Drive measurable growth in followers, reach, and the right kind of engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) across platforms
