About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support key activities across the employee lifecycle. The role will primarily focus on HR documentation, employee data management, HRMS administration, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and vendor and consultancy management.
What you'll do
- HR Documentation & Compliance
- Independently prepare and process offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and exit-related documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
- Verify employee documents and ensure adherence to internal HR policies and compliance requirements
