About the role
We are looking for an experienced Community Development & CSR Projects to lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives and miscellaneous community development projects across areas such as education, school transformation, solar energy, water conservation, scholarships, and community welfare.
What you'll do
- Project Planning and Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of CSR and miscellaneous community development projects
- Budget and Resource Management: Support project budgeting, resource allocation, expenditure tracking, and efficient utilization of funds and other resources
- Implementation Partner Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, NGOs, and implementation partners to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
