About the role
We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive the strategy and development of technology-enabled learning products. The role will focus on understanding user needs, shaping product experiences, defining roadmaps and validating innovations through research and data.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy, Discovery & Problem Framing
- Lead product discovery and problem definition, drawing on user research, programme insights and field realities
- Identify user needs, pain points, constraints and opportunities across learners, educators and other stakeholders
- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder consultations and field immersions to validate problem statements
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product opportunities and solution directions
