About the role
Lead complex M&A carve-out, separation, integration and transformation programmes across multiple functions, translating strategic objectives into clear, measurable outcomes and sustainable business value. Provide end-to-end leadership across pre-deal, sign-to-close and post-close phases, ensuring operational readiness, business continuity, effective execution and delivery of deal value.
What you'll do
- Lead complex M&A carve-out, separation, integration, and transformation programmes across multiple functions
- Own end-to-end transaction execution from pre-deal through sign-to-close and post-close delivery
- Develop and execute integrated transformation plans aligned to strategic objectives, milestones and value drivers
- Drive senior stakeholder alignment and engagement, ensuring accountability, collaboration and informed decision-making
- Lead programme communications, delivering clear and consistent messaging across executive, functional and broader stakeholder groups
