About the role
The Associate Director, Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners - GSC & OT will lead a defined area of the Technology Risk & Compliance Business Partners - GSC & OT capability and the team or programme that delivers it.
What you'll do
- Lead a defined area of the capability, including its people, delivery and outcomes
- Manage delivery against the capability roadmap and escalate blockers early
- Develop team capability through coaching, review and structured feedback
- Represent the area in CSO governance and cross-functional forums
- Provide hands-on risk and compliance consulting and assurance to teams deploying and owning IT and OT technology across Global Supply Chain
