About the role
The Director, CSO PMO (Cybersecurity Project Delivery) is responsible for delivering a portfolio of critical cybersecurity projects that protect GSK’s information and digital assets and reduce risk from cyber-attacks. The role ensures that governance and delivery processes are effectively managed and executed, with a consistent focus on high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do
- Provide leadership across the cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, appropriate investment prioritisation and effective governance
- Own the project delivery capability end to end, including its roadmap, delivery standards, service performance and continuous improvement
- Build sufficient expertise in cybersecurity concepts and technologies to understand project requirements, deliverables, risks and intended outcomes
- Support business case development, with particular focus on business value, investment outcomes and measurable benefits
- Apply rigorous and agile project management methods to keep multiple projects on track and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, budget or quality
