Enterprise Systems is the backbone of GSK’s internal operations in Digital & Tech, enabling GSK Global Functions teams such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, WREF, CGA and Corporate Secretariat to run seamlessly. This team designs and delivers cutting-edge digital platforms that power critical processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise.
What you'll do
- Serve as Product Owner for the Architecture Governance Platform, including its vision, roadmap, priorities and adoption
- Coordinate and facilitate the GSC Architecture Review Board and related governance activities, while managing architecture intake, review, approval, decision-making
- Maintain architecture decision logs, Architecture Decision Records and governance repositories
- Define, document and continuously improve architecture governance processes, standards and working practices
- Track compliance with architecture principles, standards, approved decisions and agreed exceptions
