About the role

This role will lead the following financial, commercial, reporting, service-assurance and process-improvement activities: Provide direction, coaching and quality oversight to analysts, building capability, resilience and succession within the team. Translate spend, contract, service and performance data into strategic recommendations, challenge and interventions for CSO leadership.
