Finance and Process Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, process-driven Finance Manager to lead Finance & Accounting operations in our Gurugram-based Shared Services Centre, supporting stakeholders across the UK, Europe and the US. The role combines strong technical accounting and people leadership with ownership of operational performance, financial controls and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Finance Operations and Service Delivery
• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record-to-Report (RTR), General Ledger, intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Manage team workloads, priorities, service levels and escalations; develop team capability and foster an open, accountable and improvement-oriented working culture
• Maintain effective financial controls, quality assurance, compliance with internal policies and audit readiness
• Partner with country finance teams, controllers and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, improve handoffs and deliver reliable services
