Associate Customer Success Manager, Programs

About the role

We're hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager, Programs who lives for action - someone who loves talking to clients, thrives on program management, and can juggle multiple assessment campaigns and hackathons with ease. This role sits at the intersection of client success and program execution, owning campaigns end-to-end from kickoff to closure and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Content and Support to deliver impact.

What you'll do

• Plan and run campaigns end-to-end from kickoff through go-live, content delivery, and wrap-up
• Run quality checks on campaign materials before every go-live, catching issues before they reach the client
• Help clients get comfortable with new platform features and tools ahead of each campaign launch
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Content and Support teams to keep every campaign on track and on time
• Own project timelines, track performance, and flag risks early before they turn into client issues
