About the role
The Data Steward supports the maintenance, quality, and governance of master and operational data across the organisation. Working under the guidance of Senior Data Stewards and Data Owners, this role focuses on day-to-day data validation, issue identification, and remediation support, helping ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for use.
What you'll do
- Data Quality & Stewardship Support
- Perform routine data quality checks on assigned data domains to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support the review, validation, and correction of master data attributes, hierarchies, and mappings , primarily across Product, Customer, and Pricing data
- Raise data quality issues clearly and promptly, logging defects and supporting remediation activities under supervision
- Assist with monitoring data quality metrics and dashboards, escalating recurring or critical issues where appropriate
