About the role
As Manager, Performance & Analytics - Procurement Sustainability, you will lead sustainability across indirect procurement categories, including Logistics, Marketing, Facilities Management, IT and other indirect spend areas.
What you'll do
- Indirect Sustainability Strategy and Consultancy: Lead the sustainability agenda across indirect Procurement categories, including Logistics, Marketing
- Act as a trusted consultant to Category teams, helping them identify priorities, embed sustainability into category strategies and sourcing activity
- Category and Supplier Initiatives: Partner with Category Managers to identify and shape high-impact initiatives, such as lower-carbon logistics
- Translate ambitions into practical supplier requirements, engagement plans and implementation support
- Performance Management and Governance: Own the Procurement Sustainability performance-management framework, including scorecards, targets, milestones
