About the role
The Operational Reporting Lead role is responsible for leading development, delivery and continuous improvement of operational, service performance, commercial and financial reporting for the Supplier and Commercial Management function within the CTO Infrastructure Organisation. The role will provide accurate, timely and insightful reporting to support operational management, service delivery, technology leadership and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Own and lead the end-to-end operational reporting capability for Supplier and Commercial Management function within the CTO Organisation
- Design, develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of operational reports, management information packs, scorecards and executive dashboards
- Accountable for ensuring consistent reporting across internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, repeatable, auditable and aligned with business and technology objectives
- Translate complex technical and operational data into concise, meaningful insights for technical teams, senior management and executive stakeholders
