Product Manager Core HCM

About the role

The Product Manager –Core HCM is part of the Enterprise Applications / HR, Legal & Compliance Systems team within the Digital & Tech (D&T) CTO organization. This role is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving Workday Core HCM capabilities, ensuring global HR processes, worker data, organizational structures, and security are standardized, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

What you'll do

• Define and align product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workday Core HCM
• Lead prioritisation, planning, and end-to-end delivery of Core HCM capabilities using Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Core HCM business processes, including hire, change job, transfer, termination, and contingent worker lifecycle processes
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to product teams, architects, and stakeholders on Workday Core HCM design and feasibility
• Ensure Core HCM solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX)
