About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to design, engineer and maintain enterprise operating system platforms across Haleon’s Cloud and Edge environments. This role is primarily focused on Linux platforms, with responsibility for supporting Windows Server platforms and related technologies where required.
What you'll do
- Engineer, automate, and continuously improve enterprise Linux and Windows server platform capabilities
- Define and maintain operating system standards, engineering patterns, and best practices
- Develop and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation solutions using approved tooling
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to application, cloud, and infrastructure teams
- Ensure server platforms align with security, compliance, and operational requirements
